Fuel<\/h1><div class=\"et_pb_header_content_wrapper\"><p>HVOF ist ein thermisches Spritzverfahren, bei dem ein Pulverpartikel mit extrem hoher Geschwindigkeit auf ein Substrat aufgebracht wird.<br \/>\n Durch die Kombination von niedriger Temperatur und hoher kinetischer Energie entsteht eine Beschichtung mit au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlicher Haftung und Dichte, ohne dass das Basismaterial thermisch beeinflusst wird.<br \/>\n Dies macht HVOF besonders geeignet f\u00fcr Anwendungen, bei denen Verschlei\u00df, Erosion und Korrosion auftreten.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2>Wie funktioniert das Verfahren?<\/h2>\n<p>In einer HVOF-Pistole wird ein Brennstoff (wie Kerosin oder Wasserstoff) mit Sauerstoff gemischt und entz\u00fcndet, wodurch eine superschnelle Gasflamme entsteht.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pulverpartikel werden axial in diesen Gasstrom injiziert.\n<\/li>\n<li>Sie schmelzen teilweise und werden mit Geschwindigkeiten von bis zu 1000 m\/s auf die Oberfl\u00e4che projiziert.\n<\/li>\n<li>Die niedrige Temperatur des Substrats verhindert Verformung oder metallurgische
