Es wird sowohl als <strong>Endschicht<\/strong> als auch als <strong>Unterschicht f\u00fcr Hartchrom<\/strong> eingesetzt, mit dem Ziel, die Haltbarkeit und Leistung des Bauteils zu erh\u00f6hen.<br \/>Bei Plasmajet beherrschen wir sowohl das <strong>elektrolytische Vernickeln<\/strong> als auch das <strong>chemische Vernickeln<\/strong> (autokatalytisch). <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_header_button_wrapper\"><a class=\"et_pb_button et_pb_more_button et_pb_button_one\" href=\"#hoe-werkt-het\">Wie funktioniert es?<\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_fullwidth_header_overlay\"><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_fullwidth_header_scroll\"><\/div><\/section>\n<div class=\"et_pb_bottom_inside_divider et-no-transition\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_section_1 et_pb_section et_section_regular et_block_section\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_0 et_pb_row et_block_row\" id=\"hoe-werkt-het\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_0 et_pb_column et_pb_column_1_2 et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_0 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2>Wie funktioniert das Verfahren?<\/h2>\n<h4>Elektrolytisches Vernickeln<\/h4>\n<p>Dieses Verfahren funktioniert nach dem gleichen Prinzip wie beim Hartchrom: Durch Elektrolyse wird eine Nickelschicht auf das Bauteil aufgebracht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eigenschaften:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Genaue Kontrolle der Schichtdicke<\/li>\n<li>Nachbearbeitung meist f\u00fcr Formgenauigkeit erforderlich<\/li>\n<li>Wird meist als Unterschicht bei Hartchrom verwendet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Chemisches Vernickeln (Nickel-Phosphor-Legierung)<\/h4>\n<p>Ein autokatalytischer Prozess, bei dem Nickel ohne externe Stromquelle abgeschieden wird. Dies sorgt f\u00fcr eine vollst\u00e4ndig gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Schichtdicke, auch bei komplexen Formen. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Eigenschaften:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nickelschicht mit hohem Phosphorgehalt: ausgezeichnete Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit<\/li>\n<li>Aush\u00e4rtbar bis 850 HV<br \/>Ideal f\u00fcr Bauteile mit engen Toleranzen<\/li>\n<li>Kann ohne Nachbearbeitung eingesetzt werden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>F\u00fcr Anwendungen, bei denen<\/span> <strong data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"1529\">geringe Reibung und Wasserabweisung<\/strong> <span>wichtig sind, k\u00f6nnen<\/span> <strong data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1571\">PTFE-Partikel<\/strong><span>  (Teflon) in die Nickelschicht eingebettet werden.
