It is applied both as a <strong>top coat<\/strong> and as an <strong>undercoat for hard chrome<\/strong>, with the aim of increasing the durability and performance of the component. This ensures a completely uniform layer thickness, even on complex shapes. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Features:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High phosphorus nickel coating: excellent corrosion resistance<\/li>\n<li>Can be hardened to 850 HV<br \/>Ideal for parts with tight tolerances<\/li>\n<li>Can be applied without post-processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>For applications where<\/span> <strong data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"1529\">low friction and water repellency<\/strong> <span>are important<\/span>, <strong data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1571\">PTFE particles<\/strong> can be used.<span> (Teflon) are embedded in the nickel layer.
