A worn sealing surface was repaired by replacing the existing metallic coating (from an external party) with a high-quality ceramic layer with improved wear resistance.
Reception

Inspection & Pre-processing
The sealing surface showed clear signs of wear. The old coating was removed and the surface was prepared for the new ceramic layer.

The repaired axle was loaded and ready for delivery—within 48 hours!
